Feeling anxious about being single or worried you will never meet anyone great?

After a few bad dates or a few months or years of bad relationships, it would be normal to doubt and be filled with a little angst over your love life. This is Debi and I know because I’ve been there and I have a special message for you and meditation exercise to help with dating anxiety.

Holiday weekends used to be particularly hard for me. They were fun when I was younger but as I wanted a relationship, I used to dread those long weekends alone trying to make plans with what remained of my single friends.

    I find that I really want to release, however no one ever tells you how to release. Only to release…But How? This is the trouble with trying to let go sometimes.
